We're hiring a Payroll Onboarding Consultant to join a fast-growing, award-winning global SaaS business in Manchester. This role is perfect for a payroll professional who enjoys working with clients, delivering excellent service, and supporting smooth onboarding transitions.Main duties:
- Support new clients through the payroll onboarding process
 - Manage seamless transitions from previous payroll providers
 - Build strong relationships with new clients and understand their needs
 - Assist with payroll parallel runs and system setup
 - Check payroll accuracy and ensure data matches previous providers
 - Deliver clear communication and excellent customer service throughout onboarding
 
What we're looking for:
- Experience onboarding payroll clients in a bureau/accountancy practice or implementing payroll systems in-house would be desirable
 - Strong payroll knowledge
 - Strong communication and customer service skills
 - High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
