We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Manager to support the rollout of a new digital platform that will transform performance, learning, and talent management across a large, complex organisation.

This role sits within the Organisational Development and Talent function and will play a key part in launching the platform’s appraisal functionality, followed by learning and talent modules. You’ll work across HR, Learning & Development, technical teams, and external creative partners to ensure a smooth implementation and strong user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Support end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase digital platform rollout
  • Gather and document requirements for future learning and talent features
  • Coordinate project activity including user testing (UX/UAT), focus groups, roadshows, and engagement sessions
  • Liaise with creative agencies to ensure consistent branding and communications
  • Work closely with L&D and leadership teams to align learning materials with platform delivery
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Produce regular progress reports and analyse engagement and usage data
  • Track trends and provide insights to improve platform adoption and effectiveness
  • Prepare briefings and reports for senior stakeholders

Post-Launch Support

  • Assist with second-line user queries and platform support
  • Develop FAQs, guidance materials, and a sustainable knowledge base for users

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and track actions
  • Maintain organised project records and filing systems
  • Draft internal communications and presentations
  • Provide flexible support across the Talent team as priorities evolve
About You

Essential

  • Strong experience analysing data using spreadsheets/databases and presenting insights clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident facilitating meetings or workshops (online and in person)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable

  • Project management experience, ideally in HR, talent, learning, or digital system implementations
  • Knowledge of appraisal, performance management, or L&D processes
  • Experience supporting user testing (UX/UAT) or customer support environments
