We are hiring an Interview Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment team in a structured, fast-moving environment.

About the Role

This is not a junior admin role dressed up with a title. You will be central to the hiring process, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep interviews running smoothly at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate large volumes of interviews across phone, video, panel, and onsite formats
  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end and act as the main point of contact
  • Manage interview logistics including calendars, travel coordination, and related processes
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and handle confidential information appropriately
  • Resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally
  • Support onboarding or orientation activities when required

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in interview coordination, recruitment operations, or TA support

Required Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Confident using ATS and calendar systems
  • Able to handle pressure without becoming reactive

Pay range and compensation package

  • Long-term contract with stable hours
