Field Sales Executive – Broadcast & Media Technology Location: UK (with future expansion into Ireland & Europe)Salary: 35k - 40k +commission & BenefitsAn Exciting Opportunity to Build a Long-Term Sales CareerWe’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Field Sales Executive to manage and grow customer accounts across the broadcast, AV, and media technology markets.This role starts with a strong UK focus and offers progression into an international remit, including Ireland and Europe. You’ll be the face of the business—building trust, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet real client needs.

What You’ll Be DoingAccount Management & Growth:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of UK customer accounts in Year 1.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision makers.
  • Create account plans to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

New Business Development:

  • Prospect, qualify, and win new customers within your territory.
  • Plan regular customer visits, demos, and presentations.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.

Industry Engagement:

Represent the business at major trade shows and events.

Work closely with sales support, product specialists, marketing, and operations.Keep CRM updated with customer activity and forecasts.Share market insights to support growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B field sales or account management experience.
  • Track record of growing accounts and winning new business.
  • Consultative selling approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Confident presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organised CRM and pipeline management.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable:

  • Experience in broadcast, AV, media tech, live events, or systems integration.
  • Knowledge of reseller/integration channel models.
  • Interest in developing into a European account remit.
