Are you a highly organised professional who excels at coordination, communication, and supporting customers across Europe? This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading technology brand, where you’ll play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring customers enjoy a smooth, efficient experience from start to finish.
This isn’t cold calling or high-pressure selling. It’s a coordination-focused role centred on handling inbound requests, supporting account activities, and keeping customer projects on track. If you enjoy organisation, multitasking, and acting as the key link between clients, sales teams, and internal departments, this could be your ideal next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating and managing a portfolio of European customer accounts, handling mainly inbound enquiries.
- Responding promptly to customer requests by providing quotes, product details, delivery information, and general support.
- Preparing accurate quotes — including complex, high-value project quotations — and ensuring orders are processed the same day.
- Supporting field sales teams with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and proposal preparation.
- Monitoring stock availability, timelines, and technical updates, keeping customers fully informed throughout the process.
- Organising follow-ups from marketing campaigns, web enquiries, exhibitions, and digital activity.
- Maintaining organised records of customer interactions, orders, and workflow progress.
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing development sessions.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Experience in sales administration, customer support, or a coordination-based role is highly desirable.
- Confident communicator via phone and email.
- Excellent organisational ability — able to manage multiple tasks and customer requests at once.
- Comfortable learning and working with IT systems, CRM tools, and technical product information.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and support commercial conversations.
- Experience within the security or technology sector is beneficial but not essential.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive basic salary + realistic £10k commission structure.
- 25 days annual leave, with the option to flex up to 5 additional days.
- Healthcare cash plan and Group Life Assurance.
- Company pension with 5% matched contributions.
- Paid volunteering days.
- Discounts portal & gym membership discounts.
- 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
- Enhanced Maternity/Paternity leave.
- Long-service awards and recognition programmes.
- Continuous training, development plans, and clear career progression opportunities.
