Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership Support

Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a busy diary and inbox, ensuring efficient time management and priority alignment.
- Coordinate complex UK and international travel arrangements, including visa procurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and with senior leadership teams.
- Prepare briefing notes, draft correspondence, and handle confidential communications.
- Organise large-scale events, away days, and internal committee meetings.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative teams to ensure seamless support.
- Utilise digital tools and AI to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support strategic objectives across digital transformation, IT services, and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in diary and email management.
- High level of discretion, tact, and professionalism.
- Excellent time management and decision-making capabilities.
- Digitally proficient, particularly with Microsoft Office suite.
- Capable of managing budgets and producing high-quality reports.
Desirable:
- Experience in a large organisation undergoing transformation.
- Familiarity with digital governance or technology-led environments.
