Are you ready to join a company specialising in the IT industry? We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Graduate to manage a variety of administrative tasks and support daily office operations in Norfolk.
This role is ideal for an individual who is ready to manage a variety of administrative tasks, from handling communications to supporting daily office operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document handling.
- Assist in the integration and support of new staff members
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership team ensuring high-quality service.
- Maintain a professional and tidy office environment, ensuring all supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and in good working order.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience of managing multiple workloads
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
- Experience in an administrative role would be advantageous, particularly within a diverse and dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
