• Building networks of top tech professionals
• Headhunting and sourcing high-quality candidates
• Writing job adverts and screening CVs
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Managing offers and closing placements
• Growing long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Ambitious and career-focused
• Degree (2:2+) preferred but not essential
• Sales or commercial experience an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Resilient, organised, and target-driven

• £25,000 base salary
• Year 1 OTE: £25,000 – £40,000
• Year 2 OTE: £40,000 – £70,000
• Year 3 OTE: £70,000 – £100,000+
