Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Location: London

Salary: £25,000–£28,000 basic uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k in Year 1)

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take the sales skills you already have and apply them to a career where your results directly impact your earnings and progression. You’ll be building relationships with clients, sourcing top tech professionals, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and developing new business with hiring managers
• Networking, sourcing, and headhunting high-calibre candidates
• Writing adverts and screening applications
• Running interviews and managing offers
• Hitting sales targets and earning commission on every placement

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months’ experience in a sales or target-driven environment
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills
• Competitive, resilient, and money-motivated
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ambition to progress quickly in a performance-led career
