Location: London

Salary: £25,000–£28,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k in Year 1)

The Opportunity:

You’ll use your existing sales skills to build relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers. From winning new business to closing placements, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Generating new business through proactive outreach
• Sourcing and engaging skilled tech candidates
• Screening CVs and running candidate interviews
• Managing negotiations, offers, and placements
• Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months in a sales or target-driven role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
• Highly organised and comfortable working at pace
• An interest in technology is beneficial but not essential
