Our public sector client is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Customisation off the shelf solutions (COTS) in Government or public sector

Ensuring the effective, timely, and quality delivery of products/services within an Agile framework.

To motivate teams, removes obstacles, manages risks and budgets, aligning delivery with strategic goals.

• Methodologies: Extensive experience in project and programme management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, MSP.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse teams.
• Technical Understanding: The ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders and understand the technical context of projects.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify problems, unblock issues, and adapt approaches to changing circumstances.
• Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially at senior levels.
