B2B Sales Representative

Now seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business opportunities while nurturing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across SME and enterprise clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on telecoms solutions.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored telecoms products (e.g., hosted telephony, connectivity, mobile, cloud communications).
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, account management) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM tools.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the telecoms, IT, or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of telecoms products and solutions (hosted telephony, VoIP, broadband, mobile, UCaaS, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in achieving sales goals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and reporting.
