About the Role:

We're looking for proven, driven, and commercially sharp Account Managers to join this elite team.

This is a key hire — you'll own a portfolio of high-profile customers while managing a defined sales territory.

What your week looks like:

• 2 days from home, focused on strategy, planning, and follow-up

• 3 days in the field, meeting customers face-to-face

Your Mission:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers (80% of your focus)

• Win new business within your region (20%)

• Deliver exceptional QBRs and presentations that turn data into action

• Build long-term partnerships by understanding each client's goals and challenges

• Drive account retention and growth through real relationships and insight

• Become the go-to expert for your local market

We're Looking For:

• Full UK driving licence

• A strong track record of high performance in B2B account management or field sales

• The ability to sell a premium product with confidence and consultative flair

• A strong grasp of sales process and structured selling

• Excellent face-to-face communication and presentation skills

• A growth mindset – coachable, curious, and always improving

• Ideally experience in Digital, Marketplace, or SaaS sales

• A genuine interest in property and the hunger to become a local expert
