Assistant Program Manager – Speaker Management 0836
Our client, a global cloud platform, is seeking temporary cover for an Assistant Program Manager – Speaker Management for 9-months to provide short-term capacity support for a major EMEA conference programme.
The position will involve working with international teams to coordinate speaker coordination, documentation, and compliance processes.
This role is fully remote and offers flexible hours.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting speaker management across a portfolio of large-scale events.
· Managing high-volume speaker communications, including briefing emails and documentation.
· Preparing and updating speaker manuals and guidance materials.
· Coordinating speaker audits to ensure certification, compliance and reporting standards are met.
· Organising and hosting pre-event calls for speakers.
· Sending and managing post-event speaker surveys.
· Maintaining accurate documentation within content management tools and internal information packs.
· Working closely with content and events teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
· Attending weekly team meetings and event-specific calls.
Requirements:
· It is essential that the successful candidate has experience supporting complex projects with high volumes of stakeholders.
· Strong organisational skills and confidence managing detailed documentation.
· Excellent written communication skills and comfort drafting clear, professional emails.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
· Familiarity with content management tools or databases (e.g. Airtable, internal wikis) is advantageous.
· Comfortable working remotely with international teams across different time zones.
