Finance Manager - Leading Technology company

My client is a fast-growing SaaS software company operating in the logistics and transport sector. They are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the monthly reporting cycle, lead the finance team, and play a key role in supporting the CFO. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee both operational and strategic responsibilities. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely month-end management accounts, reviewing team postings to ensure accuracy and completeness, and managing accruals, prepayments, and other journal entries. The role will also cover the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns, payroll processing, and the administration of PAYE and pensions.

In addition, you will provide FP&A support to the CFO, contributing insight and analysis to help drive commercial decision-making. As the business continues to scale, you will take a leading role in developing a high-performing finance team, ensuring best practice processes are implemented and maintained.
