1st Line IT Support Engineer (Entry Level)

Full-time | Permanent

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

We’re looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our clients growing team. This is an entry-level position — perfect for someone with a genuine interest in IT who’s eager to learn.

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in person
• Log, track, and resolve IT support requests efficiently
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when needed
• Assist with setting up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts
• Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and end users

• Genuine passion for IT and technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Team player who can follow processes and adapt quickly
• Previous IT experience or knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
