About Us
We are a fast-growing specialist recruiting firm working with hyper-growth SaaS vendors, helping them scale their GTM (Go-to-Market) teams. Our solutions span agency “success only” work, retained growth mandates, and full Talent as a Service (TaaS) engagements. We pride ourselves on deep market knowledge, strong network of tech & SaaS talent, and delivering high-quality searches at pace.

- Business development: proactively identify, reach out, and win new clients, especially SaaS firms and US-based, or firms with US expansion.
- Hit and exceed billing targets: strong focus on metrics (number of placements, revenue, margin).
- Collaborate internally with the team on market mapping / research, share best practice, contribute to wider firm goals.
- Maintain up-to-date sector knowledge (SaaS/product engineering, dev roles, US market) to consult effectively to both clients and candidates.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong agency recruitment experience recruiting software development roles.
- Having worked with US-based clients is essential (understanding of their hiring processes, contract types, time zones etc.).
- Good understanding of SaaS business models, terminology, organisational structure, engineering teams etc.
- Proven track record as a strong biller in an agency environment – consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in business development: winning new clients, growing accounts etc.
- Excellent communication skills: with candidates, clients, internally.
- Organised, resilient, self-driven: able to work in a fast pace, sometimes ambiguous settings.
- Good commercial acumen: pricing, negotiation, margins.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in “Talent as a Service” or retained search models.
- Familiarity with GTM hiring (e.g. Sales, CS, Marketing) as well as dev roles.
- Knowledge of UK & US markets for tech salary benchmarking.
Working Pattern
- Office-based in Epsom: 4 days per week in office, 1 day WFH.
- Warm desk provided (i.e. you will be taking over an existing desk / client base).
- Flexibility, but accountability for your own results.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + performance bonus / commission.
- Travel or relocation support (if required).
- Training, mentorship, career progression.
- Great team culture, exposure to high-growth SaaS clients, chance to build a name in the US/SaaS recruitment space.
