About the Role
Our client is a successful and expanding provider of technology services and consulting. Due to continued growth they are currently seeking a Customer Success Director to act as a strategic lead for key clients in the UK. This senior position requires a proven ability to manage complex accounts, deliver innovative digital solutions, and drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the alignment of advanced technology services with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Leadership:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and value creation.
- Account Growth & Commercial Management:
- Develop and implement account strategies that deliver revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Take full ownership of financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
- Solution Delivery & Innovation:
- Collaborate with internal technical and consulting teams to design and deliver tailored solutions including Cloud Services, Data and Software solutions and Digital Transformation Consulting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience managing large, complex accounts within technology services and / or consulting.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data-driven solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
