Managesconsultantsandcontractors MainDuties: AssetDataManager Undertakeholisticanalysistounderstandtheperformanceofthestockandintroduceappropriateactionplansofinterventionordisinvestmentinnon-performingassetstoensurelong-termviabilityofRBGpropertyportfolio. WorkflexiblywiththeRepairsandInvestmentSeniorManagementTeamandacrossHousingandSaferCommunities,toprovideeffectiveleadershipandmanagementthatwillcontributetothecontinuousimprovementoftheserviceandthedirectorate. LiaisewithcolleaguesinRepairsandInvestment,otherHousingandCouncildepartmentstoensureeffectiveplanninganddeliveryofcapitalworksProgrammes. Provideanalysisofdatatomakebestuseofproperties,individualstockviabilityandlanduseoptions Ensurestockconditioninformationismaintainedforallassetsandlinksintoresponsive,cyclicalandprogrammedmaintenancerecordstoidentifycurrentconditionandfuturerequirements. Manageandleadstafftoachievehighperformanceandeffectiveoperationaldelivery,includingdevelopingandimprovingstaffcapacityandcapability.
