As they continue to grow, they're expanding their commercial team and looking for a Junior Account Manager to support existing clients and new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll support existing clients and help new clients adopt advanced network solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients and supporting their growth
• Building strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers across industries
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely benefit clients
• Tracking account performance, pipeline, and renewal opportunities
• Ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support
