Revenue operations Lead

We are looking for a Revenue and Growth Operations Lead to join our friendly organisation and team to help us and our clients with B2B business needs and business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign content is managed and tracked accurately across all channels

You must have worked in a similar revenue and growth role, B2B and have the experience to achieve growth strategies and revenue activity

This is a part time role, hybrid – will also consider remote

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign content is implemented correctly
  • Run and maintain outbound and pipeline operations
  • CRM management
  • Manage client and in-house growth strategies
  • Build and maintain campaign automations aligned to campaign content
  • Manage cold outreach and follow up activity are aligned correctly
  • Manage deployment, UTMs and tracking
  • Testing and risk control
  • Delivering results
  • Building trust and creating long term relationships
  • Workflow and pre meeting support
  • Reporting and tracking

Qualifications / Skillset

  • Experience in a similar Revenue and Growth role
  • Experience supporting outbound growth operations
  • CRM experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools, WordPress and Sales Navigator
  • B2B or SaaS background
  • Confident with delivering results and business growth
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Strategic

Salary / Benefits

  • Salary part time (15-20 hours per week) up to 35k
