We are an early-stage AI SaaS company building a platform designed to redefine how recruitment is done. The founding team brings over 20 years of combined experience, and the product has been built directly from those insights.

We are now looking for a Driven Sales Executive to join the business at an early stage and take a leading role in bringing the platform to market.

This role is suited to someone who wants meaningful responsibility and long-term ownership.

Recruitment remains one of the least efficient business processes despite advances in technology. Our platform uses AI in a practical, responsible way to address persistent issues such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and process inefficiency.

From our extensive industry experience, we have designed a unique service which has the potential to truly disrupt our market.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling early revenue. You will work closely with the founders across sales, product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CFO, CRO, CHRO) at high-growth and enterprise organisations through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone).
  • Own the top of the funnel, identifying, qualifying and booking high-value meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Run intelligent discovery conversations, understanding business challenges, strategic priorities and commercial drivers at executive level.
  • Craft compelling, personalised messaging that resonates with senior leaders and cuts through crowded inboxes.
  • Build target account lists and map complex organisations to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives & leadership, aligning outreach with strategic accounts and revenue goals.
  • Consistently hit and exceed meeting-booked and pipeline targets, with clear visibility of your impact on deals.
  • Use modern sales tools and data (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools) to optimise outreach and performance.
  • Stay sharp on market trends, competitor activity and industry challenges to keep conversations relevant and credible.
  • Continuously refine your approach, testing new messaging, channels and strategies to improve conversion at C-suite level.

This is a hands-on role with a high degree of autonomy.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings both commercial capability and sound judgment.

You are likely to have:

  • 1-5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or Recruitment
  • A good academic record
  • The ability to run thoughtful discovery and consultative sales conversations
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment with evolving processes
  • A long-term mindset and an interest in ownership and company building

AI experience is helpful but not essential. Domain understanding, curiosity, and credibility matter more.
