Financial Controller
We're looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to lead small finance team and own the full financial control agenda in a fast-growing, technology environment. This is a senior, high-visibility role working closely with the CEO and key business leaders.
What You'll Lead
- Group & Statutory Reporting: End-to-end ownership of Group accounts, subsidiary reporting and all external reporting requirements.
- Treasury: Cash management, liquidity oversight, forecasting and optimisation of funding and repatriation.
- Operational Finance: Delivery of a high-performing transactional finance function with strong controls and efficient processes.
- FP&A: Month-end close, Board reporting, performance insight and commercial challenge.
- Planning: Ownership of budgeting and forecasting below margin, ensuring robust, business-owned plans.
- Financial Control: Balance sheet integrity, control frameworks and risk management.
- Systems: Building out PowerBI capabilities and data cleanse for commercial insight
What You Bring
- Qualified Chartered accountant
- Background in technology, fast-paced, or Private Equity environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong interest in system and technology
