IT Support Apprentice

We are looking for an IT support apprentice to join an ever-growing team and provide outstanding customer service and support to all clients.

You will be involved in everything and have a chance to do a varied role meaning every day is different and exciting. There is a strong sense of team and an exciting relaxed office atmosphere.

Role

The Role

  • Providing technical IT support
  • Hardware diagnostics and repairing machines
  • Software support
  • Telephone and virtual assistance
  • Technical projects, including meeting clients and delivering onsite time with the team
  • General tech support

Training

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
