We are seeking an Office manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, support colleagues across the business, and help maintain efficient systems and processes. This role offers a varied mix of admin, office management, IT coordination, and travel support — perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
Administration & Office Operations
- Oversee the smooth running of the office and ensure health & safety standards are met.
- Act as the key contact for landlords, suppliers, and office service providers.
- Manage office supplies and support internal/external event logistics.
- Coordinate regular company-wide meetings, including agenda preparation.
- Monitor the shared enquiries inbox and direct messages to the right teams.
IT & Systems Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT queries and liaise with external IT support partners.
- Manage hardware/software orders, track IT equipment, and provide basic troubleshooting.
- Support new starters with IT onboarding and deliver light training on systems like SharePoint.
- Assist with IT security priorities and contribute to long-term tech improvements.
Travel Coordination
- Administer the organisation’s travel booking platform and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Approve business travel and support senior leaders with trip arrangements.
- Maintain travel records and resolve booking-related issues.
- Prepare travel briefings and safety notes for staff attending events or group trips.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and great attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to support colleagues at all levels.
- Comfort working with digital systems and learning new tools.
- Experience in operations, office management, admin, or a similar role is ideal but not essential.
