We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role involves managing multiple concurrent IT infrastructure, cloud, and architectural projects for a vendor-independent Managed Services Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects within small to medium-sized MSPs, with the ability to handle 15-20 projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and external vendors, while maintaining clear communication channels.
• Manage budgets meticulously and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through meetings, presentations, and progress updates.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk registers and governance reports.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies collaboratively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to post-project reviews and refining methodologies.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects within an MSP environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively (15-20 projects simultaneously).
  • Strong technical knowledge of MSP product offerings (cloud solutions, networking technologies, security protocols).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks (risk registers, compliance documentation, structured handovers).
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.

• Desirable:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
  • Experience fostering inclusive collaboration and mentoring team members.
