The Role:
Our client is looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers and drive long-term retention and growth.This is a client-facing, commercially focused role combining relationship management, account development and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their objectives, ensure successful adoption of the product, and identify opportunities to expand usage across their organisation.
- Act as the primary point of contact, building trust through regular communication
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored product walkthroughs and training sessions
- Drive account renewals and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Work towards clearly defined commercial and retention targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to progress upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Capture customer feedback and share insights internally to support product improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in a client-facing or commercial role (e.g. account management, customer success, sales, or customer support)
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and motivation to work towards targets
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Comfortable learning new products and explaining value to customers
