Customer Success Executive - SAAS - Hybrid

A thriving SAAS business are now expanding their Customer Experience(CX) Function. They've been scaling this area of the business for a while and are now looking to make an addition to the team. The foundations are set in place for success however you will also be able to bring your ideas to the table helping to shape processes/practises.

You will onboard new customers, help existing, run workshops and much more to ensure a smooth customer journey and high level of customer satisfaction. You'll be curious and driven to spot gaps for improvement where ever possible, using data and intuition along the way.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success or Account Management within a SAAS business(ideally 1 year+)
  • Able to pick up technical concepts and become an expert on the SAAS platform
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - both internal & external
  • CRM experience
  • Great communication skills

This role is very much focused on the technical and relationship management side of things as opposed being sales orientated. There is alot of training on offer in addition to career progression with a growing CX function.
