IT Support Engineer - 1st and 2nd Line - Wolverhampton - 2 Month Rolling Contract

My client, an educational institution based in Wolverhampton, have an urgent requirement for an IT Support Engineer to join on an initial 2 month contract with possible extensions thereafter.

REQUIRED SKILLS: -

• Network - Aruba switches, port configuration and VLANs, Aruba and Xirrus Wi-Fi
• Servers - Mainly a Windows environment, with small number of Linux servers, Hyper-V virtualisation, HPE Servers & HPE Nimble storage, Veeam backup and recovery
• Cloud - Microsoft 365, Google Workspace for Education
• Applications - Tribal - EBS, MHR - iTrent Paxton - Net2, IPS - iCard & iAccess
