Account Representatives (RARs), Customer Managers (CMs), and Account Executives (AEs) to identify and develop sales-qualified leads. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using Salesforce (SFDC); qualify leads passed via the lead share model and actively prospect within assigned territories/accounts. Customer Consultative Engagement: Conduct discovery sessions, deliver value-based pitches, and align ACS … customer outcomes, adoption, and satisfaction. Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence technical and business audiences.
