Sales Support Coordinator

This is a high-performance administrative and coordination role in a fast-paced B2B sales environment. The successful candidate will act as the backbone of the sales team managing processes, ensuring CRM discipline, supporting documentation, and maintaining operational accuracy.

They will be expected to take ownership, manage up, and spot issues before they arise. Punctuality, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales coordination: scheduling, proposals, client comms, sales meeting management
  • CRM management (HubSpot): accuracy, adoption, reporting, pipeline hygiene
  • Order processing: quotes through to delivery, inter-team liaison
  • Data & metrics: forecasting support, KPI reporting
  • Sales onboarding & vendor training sessions
  • Internal collaboration with marketing, procurement, finance, and projects

Candidate Specification

Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales support, PA, EA, or coordinator roles in a B2B setting
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot ideal)
  • High attention to detail (quoting, contracts, CRM, reporting)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (although the marketing team support presentations)
  • Organised, self-managing, calm under pressure
  • Confident communicator and assertive when needed
  • Track record of proactive support and issue prevention
  • 100% reliable in attendance and punctuality

Desirable:

  • AV or technology industry background
  • Experience supporting sales and delivery teams
  • Familiarity with quoting tools, RFPs, and PQQs
  • Data analysis/reporting experience
