Role

Provide 1st line support via the helpdesk
Support customer's queries and issues
Respond to IT tickets accordingly and efficiently
Support with hardware and software issues

Training

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. You'll be working towards a Level 3 Information communications technician apprenticeship standard.

Opportunity for progression upon completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
