Location: London – 5 days a week in the office

Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000 + 10% bonus

About Via

Via is a fast-growing, AI-powered recruitment platform redefining how employers and candidates connect. Unlike job boards, we deliver curated shortlists of top candidates within 5 days, using video-assisted matching and a privacy-first approach.

We represent a disruptive platform play in the $500+ billion global recruitment market, positioned to replace expensive, manual recruitment agencies and outdated job boards with a faster, cheaper, smarter alternative.

Via is a two-sided marketplace, connecting employers and candidates seamlessly.

The Role:

As Candidate Success Executive, you’ll oversee the delivery of Via’s shortlists, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations. You’ll act as the quality checkpoint for AI-matched candidates, liaise directly with employers on queries, and make sure the promise of “five interview-ready candidates in five days” is consistently delivered.

This is an ideal role for a sector-agnostic recruiter, onsite talent partner, or RPO consultant who enjoys working across multiple functions, thrives on client interaction, and wants to be part of a fast-growing recruitment tech platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all active shortlists, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines (typically 5 days).
  • Review and validate AI-generated matches for suitability and quality before client delivery.
  • Liaise with employer clients to handle queries, gather feedback, and set expectations.
  • Track delivery metrics (on-time rate, client satisfaction, shortlist quality).
  • Work with the product team to provide insights that improve AI matching accuracy.
  • Ensure Via’s service standards and candidate privacy protocols are upheld.

About You

  • Background as a recruiter, RPO/onsite talent consultant, or talent acquisition specialist.
  • Comfortable recruiting across a wide range of sectors and role types.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with employers.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple live projects.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-moving startup, curious about recruitment technology, and excited by disruptive innovation.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth recruitment tech platform backed by experienced founders.
  • Competitive salary and performance-linked bonus.
  • A chance to shape how AI and people combine to transform global recruitment.
