Technical Business Analyst
We are supporting an international professional services organisation in their search for a Technical Business Analyst to join a newly established Transformation Team . The organisation is entering an exciting period of change, investing in systems, processes, and ways of working to improve outcomes for its people, clients, and wider business.
The Opportunity
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with global business stakeholders and technical teams to support complex change programmes. Your role will include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements
- Developing as-is and to-be process maps , data flow diagrams, and system documentation
- Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery teams
- Facilitating workshops, sprint planning sessions, and requirements reviews
- Identifying process optimisation opportunities and influencing stakeholders to adopt improvements
- Supporting system integration projects, platform upgrades, and data migration initiatives
- Working closely with testing teams and business users to support UAT and validate end-to-end processes
- Creating and delivering training materials across multiple regions and time zones
We are seeking someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience as a high-performing Business Analyst
- Background in consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environments
- Proven ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Experience working in agile, product-led delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
