Service Desk Analyst
Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Witney, Oxfordshire?
Main Duties of the Role
- Providing 1st Line Support to customers via phone and remote tools providing excellent customer service
- Logging tickets, and escalating when required
- Prioritising workloads and action tickets in line with SLAs
- Maintaining documentation accurately and keeping it up to date
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience within a similar position
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Hardware Support
- Full driving license
Salary
- £25,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience
