Role
An average day can be very situational depending on the project and business requirements however, some of the aspects of this role include:
- Providing technical support for users and stakeholders with IT issues and requirements.
- Installing and configuring hardware, software and operating systems.
- Assisting with maintenance and development of IT infrastructure.
- Triaging incidents to escalate complex problems where necessary.
- Maintaining company records of assets and software.
- You will have the chance to get involved in complex problem-solving whilst learning theory that backs this up.
