KeyResponsibilities Lead,mentor,andexpandthetechnicalserviceteam,fosteringapositiveandcollaborativeworkculture. Overseethedesign,maintenance,andsupportofaudiosystemsforproductions,rentals,andsystemintegrationprojects. ManageallinternalandexternalITsystemsandinfrastructure(networking,servers,softwarelicensing,backupsystems). Serveastheseniortechnicalauthority,providingexpertguidanceandtroubleshootingforadvancedaudiosystemsacrossliveproductionsandrentalsectors. Developandimplementtechnicalworkflowsandsupportprotocolstoensureexcellentclientservice. Collaboratewithkeymanufacturersontechnicalissuesandadvances.
